Edmund Conroy was born Wednesday, October 11th, 1989 in Newmarket, Suffolk to Barry & Candida.
Having suffered from abuse at the hands of his two older brothers, and following strident measures by Suffolk Social Services, all the children were taken into foster care.
Ed was adopted by Andy & Jo in July 1998, and grew up in the bustling and historic market town of Bury St Edmunds.
Leaving home at 16 and then school at 17 years old with a smattering of GCSEs, Peter walked out into the world of the Financial Crash, and jobbed and lived a life moving from homeless housing to homeless housing.
In 2009 he was reunited with his biological father and mother, and brothers, via the Trisha Goddard Show.
A few weeks after his appearance on Trisha, he was unjustly evicted from sheltered housing, by someone who was found to be committing fraud and had allegedly spent a year faking cancer, at the time.
After this he moved in with his biological father, Barry.
The Charity responsible for the housing was absorbed into a sister charity based in the East part of Suffolk, and the Charity Chairman who was complicit in the eviction resigned in disgrace.
In 2011 Peter moved to North Ayrshire, a few months after Barry had moved there.
Then in 2012 went to study an Access Course at Highland Theological College, UHI – where he continued in 2013 onto the BA (Hons) Programme in Christian Theology, graduating in 2017.
In 2015, Ed married Hannah and moved to St. Ninian’s Stirling, and in 2016 in anticipation of the birth of their first child, Mariah-Elaine, moved to Alva, Clackmannanshire.
In 2018 Ed graduated with a Merit Award for the Master of Science programme – Strategic Public Relations and Communications Management at the University of Stirling, and began looking into a PhD.
In 2019 Hannah and Ed welcomed their son, Jonah.
In 2020 Ed began a BA (Hons) Digital Media degree at the University of Stirling, in association with Forth Valley College.
In September 2021, Ed will move over to the BA (Hons) Journalism Studies degree at the University of Stirling.
In October 2021, Peter and Hannah will be welcoming their third child, Elijah.
